Drops and Wins 2023/2024 – Full terms & conditions 

The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s ‘Drops & Wins – Cash Prizes All Day Long – It only takes a spin to win’ Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) by Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operators”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider, which shall run from 7th February 2024 to 6th March 2024 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play network and games. 

By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with, and the Network Promotion shall be subject to, the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

Drops & Wins – ‘Cash Prizes All Day Long – It only takes a spin to win’ General terms and conditions 

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt in for this Network Promotion. 
• The Network Promotion includes forty-eight (48) seven (7)-day tournaments (each a “Weekly Tournament”) and a total of three hundred and thirty-six (336) daily prize drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term. The Network Promotion Term is divided into twelve (12) stages, each stage comprising four (4) weeks (every four (4) weeks shall be referred to as a “Stage”), whereby each week within a Stage shall be a qualifying week (hereinafter each a “Qualifying Week”). 
• To participate in any Weekly Tournament or Daily Prize Drop in the Network Promotion, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt-in. 
• The expected prize pool for each Stage of the Network Promotion is R$  10,000,000. 
• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of a fixed cash amount, multiplier amount and/or Free Round Bonuses (as defined below): 

• Players participating during regular weeks may win prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Regular Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Regular Weeks”) 
• Players participating during multiplier weeks may win prizes in the form of a multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount and Free Round Bonuses as set out in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table and the Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks) Prize Table further below (hereinafter the “Prize Multiplier Weeks”)
  If the winning spin exceeds R$ 50, the prize will be paid out based on a bet of R$ 50 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency (as defined further below) X multiplier received.
  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, winnings from Free Round Bonus prizes won during Multiplier Weeks are excluded from multiplier prize mechanics.
  
  

• Free round bonuses (the “Free Round Bonus/es”) may be awarded to a player in the form of ten (10) Free Round Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
  

• The Free Round Bonuses have no wagering requirements once awarded to the player. 
• If the bet amount in the Free Round Bonus winning spin exceeds R$ 50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out based on a bet of R$ 50) or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency.
  If the participating game does not have R$ 50 bet available, the Free Round Bonus will be paid out at the next available higher bet in the participating game.
  
• The Free Round Bonuses won in a Prize Drop will be awarded to winners on the same day that the Free Round Bonus has been won.
  
• The Free Round Bonuses won in Weekly Tournaments will be awarded to winners by the end of each tournament. 
  

• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements. 

MECHANICS: 

Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks): 

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotion’s Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament. 
• Each Weekly Tournament within the Network Promotion comprises three (3) separate in-game events the results of which go towards the score calculation (each a “Challenge”). Each separate Challenge is based on the selected criteria in a Tournament: (i) Challenge #1; (ii) Challenge #2; (iii) Challenge #3. 
• In order for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of 2.50 or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
  
• Only the first ten thousand (10,000) Qualifying Bets per day within each Weekly Tournament (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.
  
• A player will be awarded points for every Challenge if he/she places real money bets with the minimum bet requirement and meets the requirements of each challenge (as defined below) (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”): 
  

Challenge #1 – In-game wins 

• A win is considered a qualifying win if a player places Qualifying Bets and the total win divided by the total bet is greater than the value of one (1) (each a “Qualifying Win”).  
• The point distribution for each Qualifying Win is given to players as per the table below. 

Challenge #2 – Consecutive rounds without any wins 

• One (1) round that succeeds another back-to-back round on the same participating game in a Weekly Tournament shall be considered as two (2) consecutive rounds without any wins if a player places Qualifying Bets and the total win divided by the total bet is less than the value of1 (each a “Consecutive round without any win”). The score for this round is less than the value of one (1) so this round is considered a round without any win and the player receives nil (0) points.  
• If a player places Qualifying Bets in a participating game and has Consecutive rounds without any wins, and the player changes the game during gameplay to another participating game, the Consecutive rounds without any wins streak shall pause in the previously opened participating game and shall resume once the player starts placing Qualifying Bets in that specific game if the round results are considered towards the Consecutive rounds without any wins points distribution.
  
• In this event, every player who opens a new game shall start earning points with the first round played in the game that meets the criteria to be considered as a Consecutive round without any win. Any game opened during a Weekly Tournament will award players points starting with the one game round counted towards the Consecutive rounds without any wins.
• The player shall earn points according to the number of rounds played, as defined below. 
  

Challenge #3 – Big Win 

• A big win shall go towards the tournament score calculation where a player places Qualifying Bets and the win multiplier (win multiplier is calculated as total win divided by total bet for each one round) (“Win Multiplier”) is equal or greater to the Win Multiplier values in the table below. 
• The configured win multiplier means the exact number and any higher value up to the next tier. 

• One Qualifying Bet resulting in a Qualifying Win may award players with points for both Challenge #1 and Challenge #3. 
• The points will be given to players for each Challenge for each participating game separately.
  
• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when each Weekly Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score. 
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of accumulated points that will be granted to a player for each and every Challenge and added to the total number of points received by the player during the Weekly Tournament period.
  
• In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Weekly Tournament at the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.
  
• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount.
  
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Tournaments stages or into the next Network Promotion.
  

How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks): 

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
   
2. A player must place a real money bet with a minimum stake of R$ 2.50 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on any of the participating game(s) in the Weekly Tournament.
   
3. A player will receive points based on in-game Challenges (In-game wins, Consecutive rounds without any wins, and Big Wins).
   
4. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for the in-game Challenges, the higher the player’s score.
5. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament. 
   

Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks): 

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Prize Drop Day”).
  
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Daily Prize Drop. 
• The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real time showing, the current standings as well as the number of prizes left. 
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab, found in each of the participating games. 
• Prizes are paid out to players as a fixed amount. 
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
  
• For players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks), a real money minimum bet of 2.50 or the equivalent amount in the Available Currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
  
• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 14:59; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
  
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent Daily Prize Drops Stages or into the next Network Promotion. 
  

How players may participate in Daily Prize Drop (Regular Weeks): 

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
   
2. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin with a minimum bet of R$2 .50 or  the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s).
   
3. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period. 
   

Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks) 

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotions Term includes one (1) Weekly Tournament. 
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may allow a player to rank on the leaderboard. 
• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the score, which score is based on the highest single spin win amount on any participating game adjusted to the amount of the bet. 
• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games. 
• In the event of two (2) or more players finishing a Weekly Tournament on the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize. 
• Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount excluding Free Round Bonus prizes
• No minimum real money bet is required for players to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournament (Prize Multiplier Weeks) (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Weekly Tournament shall be carried forward into subsequent Weekly Tournaments Stages or into the next Network Promotion. 
  

How players may participate in Weekly Tournaments (Prize Multiplier Weeks): 

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
   
2. A player must place a real money bet on any of the participating games and must get at least one (1) in-game win to qualify for the Weekly Tournament.
   
3. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Weekly Tournament.
   
4. The higher the value of the amount the player wins in one single spin relative to the player’s bet amount, the higher the player’s score would be.
   

Daily Prize Drops (Prize Multiplier Weeks) 

• Each Qualifying Week within the Network Promotion Term includes seven (7) Daily Prize Drops (each a “Daily Drops Day”).
• One (1) Qualifying Spin (as defined hereunder) may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.
  
• No minimum real money bet is required for players to be eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Drops (Prize Multiplier Weeks) (hereinafter a “Qualifying Spin”).
• The random Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of bonus prizes left.
  
• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the participating games.
  
• Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning player’s bet amount excluding Free Round Bonus prizes
• A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
  
• The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 14:59 or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.
  
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent Daily Prize Drops Stages or into the next Network Promotion. 
  

How players may participate in Daily Prize Drop (Prize Multiplier Weeks): 

1. A player must join/opt-in to any of the participating games.
   
2. A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin on any of the participating games.
   
3. Any qualifying bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the promotion period. 
   

NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: WEEKS 45-48 Including Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks) and Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) 

• In order to be eligible to participate in the Weekly Tournaments (Regular Weeks) and Daily Prize Drops (Regular Weeks) Network Promotions a player shall be required to play a real money spin under the following conditions (hereinafter “Qualifying Spin”):
  
• All spins with a minimum bet of R$ 2,5 or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will take part in the Prize Drops and Tournaments.
• A Qualifying Spin shall render a player, who opted in, eligible for all applicable Drops and Wins promotions simultaneously.

A. WEEKLY TOURNAMENTS (Regular Weeks) 

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on different Challenges in a game (namely in- game wins, consecutive rounds without any wins, and big wins).
  
• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of R$ 1,275,000 in total across ten thousand (10,000) cash prizes and Free Round Bonuses.  
  

B. DAILY PRIZE DROPS (REGULAR WEEKS) 

• Win criteria: Any real money spin with the minimum required bet in the participating games may trigger a random cash prize. 
• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of R$ 1,225,000 in total, an expected daily prize pool of R$ 175,000 across one thousand and five hundred (1,500) cash prizes and Free Round Bonuses.
